As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our customer service department. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who manage customer queries and uphold our commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities
Sales Support:
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide necessary support.
Provide the sales team with administrative and technical support to ensure they remain freed up to concentrate on securing new clients and orders.
Manage fabrication jobs via our cutting planner software.
Assist in developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Customer Queries:
Handle customer queries both pre and post-sale in a professional and timely manner, by phone, email and messaging.
Resolve escalated issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Operational Coordination:
Work closely with the operations team to coordinate the operational aspects of orders.
Resolve queries with the operational team and work with them to ensure orders are prioritised correctly.
Support with order processing as required ensuring that orders are processed efficiently and meet customer expectations.
Responsiveness and Speed:
Maintain a high level of responsiveness to customer queries and requests in line with the company KPI targets.
Streamline order processing to ensure quick and efficient service delivery.
Skills
Proven experience in a customer service management role.
Clear understanding of requirements of B2B client base.
Provide technical assistance to the sales team.
Become a product expert in the complete range.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in order processing systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills..
