GM Service Engineering Ltd is an engineering business in Biddenden. We support the butchery, hospitality, medical, packaging & processing industries across the country.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the service desk to log and populate job information.
- Taking details from customers for equipment breakdown and servicing requests and logging onto our system.
- Manage and update databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Conduct data entry tasks, such as inputting customer information or updating inventory records.
- Provide general clerical support, including filing, photocopying, and faxing documents.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Skills
- Proficient in computer skills, including the ability to use office software such as Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with office equipment and the ability to troubleshoot basic issues.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Ability to perform general administrative duties such as typing and filing.
