Your Day-to-Day

Answering

inbound customer calls, emails, or messages

Handling enquiries around orders, accounts, services, or general support Investigating issues and finding fast, effective solutions Recording accurate information in the system Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex queries Keeping a friendly, helpful tone throughout every interaction

What You'll Bring

Clear, confident communication skills Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude Good time management and multitasking abilities Previous customer service, retail, receptionist, or call centre experience is helpful but not essential
