Job Description

We're looking for a

Customer Service Representative

to join our small, friendly team based at our warehouse and office site. You'll be the key point of contact for our online customers: handling enquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and supporting them before and after they buy. You'll also liaise closely with our warehouse and dispatch teams to keep everything running smoothly.

Provide

after-sales and technical support

to customers via phone, email, and live chat. Assist with

product troubleshooting

, warranty queries, and usage questions. Respond to general customer enquiries (including

pre-sales

) in a helpful and professional manner. Process orders and update customers on

stock availability, shipping status

, and

lead times

. Handle

returns, damages

, and

delivery issues

efficiently. Coordinate with the

warehouse team

to track orders, confirm stock, and manage dispatches. Escalate stock or product issues to the wider team when necessary. Support other tasks such as

invoicing

, warranty checks, and

product data updates

. Occasionally assist with

sales-related duties

, especially during busy periods.

What You'll Need



Previous customer service experience (ideally in eCommerce or retail). Strong phone and written communication skills. Good attention to detail and ability to multitask. Comfortable using basic office software (email, Excel) Positive attitude and willingness to pitch in across a small, hands-on team.

Nice to Have (but Not Essential)



Familiarity with catering equipment or similar product ranges. Knowledge of platforms like Shopify
Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: 13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
