We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in the West Midlands. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting our mission of delivering outstanding real estate services, meeting with buyers and tenants.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email. Provide accurate information regarding property listings and services. Assist customers with their needs while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Process data entry tasks efficiently and accurately. Promote additional services through upselling techniques. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery. Maintain records of customer interactions for future reference. Stay informed about market trends and property details. View property with prospective buyers and tenants Prepare property for marketing purposes

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service or related field. Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus. Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Basic analysis skills for understanding customer needs. Familiarity with data entry processes. Experience in upselling or promoting services is preferred. Full driving license and use of your car, enabling visits to properties.
