Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services through effective communication and upselling techniques. The ideal candidate will possess strong data entry skills and have the ability to analyse customer needs while maintaining a professional phone etiquette.

Responsibilities



Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Provide accurate information regarding products and services. Assist customers in resolving issues and complaints in a timely manner. Perform data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date customer records. Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Maintain a high level of professionalism while handling customer interactions. Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements



Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus (bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply). Ability to analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Familiarity with phone etiquette and best practices for customer interactions. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 24,000.00-30,000.00 per year
