Are you looking for a career in banking? (Temporary ongoing role with potential perm opportunities) 12 months Temp with potential extensions. AMS are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to work for our financial services client, at their office based in Bolton. You will be responsible for taking calls and resolving any cooperate banking queries and escalating where applicable.

  • \xc2\xa312.86 per hour
  • 35 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday (9am- 5pm)
  • Training will be 12 weeks
  • Start date - 02/01/2024
This is an exciting customer service challenge, for which you\'ll receive some of the best training around, including an induction programme plus extensive ongoing support. As an experienced customer service professional, you should be able to think on your feet whilst following agreed procedures, and you will bring the confidence to take clear and considered decisions - getting it right first time, every time. The ideal candidate will: * Have experience in either over the phone customer service.
* Be PC literate with good literacy and numeracy skills.
* Have the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
* Have a strong sense of accountability.
* Have a passion for delivering first class customer experience.
