Customer Service & Diary Planner/Parts Coordinator
to support our busy engineering team.

Key Duties:
Schedule appointments and manage engineers' diaries (1 in 3 weekends required)
Order and track parts to meet service needs
Keep records up to date and systems accurate
Liaise with team members and suppliers
What We're Looking For:
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Great attention to detail
Previous admin or coordination experience (ideally in a similar sector)
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
