Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Book in jobs and delegate to relevant staff
- Answer customer enquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and tracking
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Enter customer information and order details accurately into the system
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer enquiries
