As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding support to players using our betting and gaming products. This is an office-based role located in our Cardiff office and is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a team environment, keeps up with sporting events and is keen to grow with DragonBet in the iGaming and sports industry.

What You'll Be Doing



Be the first point of contact for customers via live chat and email, assisting with account, payment and gameplay queries. Handle questions related to sports betting with confidence, using your knowledge to support players and provide helpful, accurate information. Troubleshoot account and technical issues, escalating when needed to ensure quick and effective resolution. Ensure all customer interactions align with responsible gambling policies and regulatory requirements. Guide players through using our platforms, features and promotional offers. Handle complaints professionally and empathetically, always aiming for a positive customer outcome. Provide feedback to internal teams based on customer insights to help enhance our services. Maintain high standards of communication and service quality in a collaborative team environment.

What We're Looking For



A strong interest in sport, with a good general knowledge of teams, leagues and major events. Experience in customer support is preferred. A sound basic knowledge of betting. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Comfortable working with multiple platforms and systems simultaneously. A problem-solver with empathy, patience and attention to detail. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays in line with major sporting events. Willingness to work onsite in our office environment.
