We're looking for a friendly, solution-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cardiff. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with enquiries, resolving issues, liaising with the warehouse and ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, live chat, and social media
- Assist in the warehouse with pick pack and despatching.
- Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and company policies
- Liaise with the warehouse team directly and communicate any patterns/reoccurring issues with complaints
- Provide product information and provide support for order tracking.
- Coordinate with internal teams (eg, sales, warehouse)
- Process returns/exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in the warehouse with pick pack and despatching.
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication - Clear, professional verbal and written communication.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm, empathetic approach
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Experience in customer service or a similar role (preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools
- Proactive approach
- Knowledge in the packaging/envelopes industry (preferred)
