Duties



Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of service at all times. Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry. Analyse customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. Upsell products and services where appropriate to enhance customer experience. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery. Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of customer information.

Skills



Proficiency in English is essential Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills. Ability to analyse information effectively and provide clear solutions to customers. Experience in data entry with a keen attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to upsell products while maintaining a positive customer relationship. A friendly disposition with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.50-13.50 per hour
