About the Role:

Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat
Provide accurate information about products and services
Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
Document all interactions and follow up as needed
Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stay organized and calm under pressure
Basic computer skills and comfort with technology
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience is a plus (but not required -- we'll train you!)
