Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer enquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
Process and manage customer orders accurately.
Communicate with clients via telephone, email, and other channels.
Resolve issues and complaints with a calm and solutions-driven approach.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the contact centre team.
Candidate Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional telephone manner with a focus on delivering a high standard of service.
Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Quick learner with problem-solving ability.
Previous experience in a contact centre or customer service environment is desirable but not essential.
