Our Customer Service Champions make sure that our service station is always a safe and welcoming place for customers. They keep it spotless and safe, with everything working well. Responsibilities include:
Welcoming and serving customers.
Providing excellent service.
Keeping the station clean and safe for customers and colleagues.
Receiving and storing stock, managing shelf displays.
Understanding customers' needs and helping to meet them where possible.
We are looking for people who will always be friendly and welcoming to customers, giving them full attention and treating them as guests. Other important qualities are:
Looking professional and well-presented.
Working well under pressure and without constant supervision.
Knowing all about the products we sell and being ready to explain them to customers.
Being a great communicator and positive at all times.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: 12.21-12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
