We are actively seeking an experienced customer service representative with a passion for teamwork and open communication to join our on-site team at CST Training, based in Dartford, UK.

You will operate full-time from our Dartford office. Your role is pivotal in understanding and navigating the challenges faced by the team, company, and industry as we coordinate the plethora of courses conducted each year.
Your key responsibilities will encompass:
Ensuring smooth operation of our courses.
Building strong relationships with candidates, tutors, and awarding bodies to maintain course compliance and an exemplary user experience.
Delivering high-standard customer service to support our communications team and aid candidates.
Managing stock control of courses across our 28 venues, keeping our website up-to-date and stakeholders informed about course status.
Submitting course results to awarding bodies.
Utilising our CRM (HubSpot) effectively.
Assisting in scheduling courses, finding cover tutors, and dealing with daily challenges by providing solutions.
Coordinating deliveries and collections, managing bookings for hotels and other requirements, and ordering necessary resources.
Continuously developing your understanding of CST Training's products to enhance team communication with customers.
Candidate Profile:
As a dedicated and proactive team player, you should have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
Your profile should demonstrate:
Knowledge of the construction/training sector.
Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities.
Exceptional organisational skills, punctuality, and self-motivation.
Proficiency in various IT systems and programs such as Databases, CRM (e.g., HubSpot), Excel, Word, and Google Workspaces.
Ability to stay cool and composed under pressure.
Solution-oriented mindset.
