Customer Service Representative

About the Role:



As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be a key part of a collaborative, fun and supportive team. Your focus will be to ensure every customer interaction is handled efficiently, professionally, and with care.

Key Responsibilities:



Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email. Processing orders and providing updates on delivery status. Resolving customer issues with a solutions-focused approach. Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment. Maintaining accurate customer records and data. Supporting administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

What We're Looking For:



Experience in a customer service of some description, support, or office-based admin role. Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Confidence using MS Office; experience with CRM or order processing systems is beneficial. A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
