Customer Service Representative

We have recruited 18,000 customers to date, and that number is continuing to grow! As a result we are seeking to grow our customer service team, with a number of full-time positions currently available.
Part time roles now available - patterns may include:
9am-2pm
4pm-7pm
We can also discuss alternative patterns to suit your schedule and needs.
Duties:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and resolve queries
- Data entry and accurately update customer information in the system
- Discuss customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all customer interactions
- Work closely with employees in different departments
Skills:
- Experience in a customer service role would be beneficial, but not essential
- Good understanding of data protection and need for confidentiality when dealing with customer details
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- IT literate
- Friendly and confident
