Responsibilities:

Answer customer questions and solve their problems.

Utilise knowledge of product features to provide more detailed responses.

Ensure that all interactions are handled in a timely manner.

Maintain high level of knowledge about the company's products and services.

Process new customer signups for the company's products and services.

Support sales by providing information about products and services to potential customers.

Provide exceptional support to customers through phone, chat, or email.

Follow up with customers after their interactions with the company in order to ensure satisfaction.

Engage with both inbound and outbound calls, and handling all other incoming customer requests to enhance customer experience and on boarding and help exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales related position

Ability to sell complex products customers with little technical knowledge of the product line

Excellent communication skills including both verbal and written skills.

Expertise in or good understanding of various productivity tools e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, HubSpot, etc
