The Role- At Toolden, our customers are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for a proactive, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our friendly, fast-paced team. You'll work alongside experienced colleagues to ensure every customer's journey with Toolden is smooth, professional, and memorable.
What You'll Do - Be the first point of contact between Toolden and our customers -- answering queries via phone, email, and live chat. - Provide clear, friendly, and solution-focused responses to customer inquiries. - Manage and track customer requests using Zendesk and other support tools. - Update product information, and resolve service issues. - Experience in use of Microsoft packages.- Liase with both internal and external customers
What We're Looking For - Proven customer service experience, ideally in a multi-channel environment. - Comfortable working with systems such as Zendesk, Live Chat (training will be provided)- Strong Excel skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - A positive, can-do attitude with a genuine passion for helping people
