About the Role

As a

Customer Service Representative

, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. You'll handle queries, resolve complaints, and make sure every customer feels supported. This will include

responding to customers via email, telephone, live chat, and social media

.

As a small team, we flex between many different tasks, so you'll need to be adaptable and ready to pitch in wherever needed. We're looking for someone with at least

2 years' customer service experience

who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys finding solutions.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 9am-5pm, 8:30am-4:30pm, or 8am-4pm Bank holidays: worked on a rota basis Hybrid options (after training): possible mix of office, evenings, and weekends

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years' experience

in a customer service role Excellent communication and rapport-building skills Confident in handling complaints and resolving issues Flexible, solution-focused, and positive attitude Strong computer skills (Word, Outlook) Comfortable using social media platforms Team player with great attention to detail Empathetic and committed to delivering great service Fun, friendly personality
