Customer Service Representatives
to join our inbound support team. You'll be the first point of contact for customers -- helping resolve queries, providing clear solutions, and making their experience with us seamless and positive. We offer an immediate start for the right candidate, with full training provided.
What You'll Be Doing:
Handling inbound calls, emails, or live chats from customers with professionalism and care
Answering questions, solving problems, and ensuring a positive resolution every time
Keeping accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM systems
Working as part of a team to meet KPIs and deliver an outstanding service experience
Looking for opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A calm, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to think on your feet
Previous experience in customer service or call centre (preferred but not essential)
Strong attention to detail and computer literacy
A positive attitude, reliability, and a passion for helping others
