Mims is a long-established Glasgow based family-owned business supplying garden pottery to retail centres throughout the UK.
We are growing our team with a new role designed to enhance our customer relationships. This position focuses on customer service and support, engaging with both existing and prospective clients, primarily via telephone and email. Occasional field visits and attending to showroom customers may also be part of the role.
You are a key player in the customer journey from helping them make purchasing decisions, providing support and ensuring their experience is consistently positive the entire time.
You will be working alongside a national sales team, helping them manage and build customer relationships to increase sales through customer retention and acquisition.
Administrative tasks include keeping customer details and sales reports up to date in the company's systems, managing catalogue requests and following up on sales enquires.
