Customer Service Representative
to join our small, friendly team in Halesowen.
Working Hours - 09:00-17:30
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional, efficient customer support via phone and email
Manage Track and Trace queries with accuracy and attention to detail
Use Microsoft Office packages confidently to update records, process information and communicate effectively
Work towards KPIs and SLAs to maintain a high standard of service
Handle tasks independently while also contributing positively to a close-knit team environment
Resolve customer issues with initiative, problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
What We're Looking For:
Experience in a customer service role (track and trace knowledge is highly desirable)
Strong IT skills, especially within Microsoft Office
Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a small team
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A proactive approach to meeting targets and managing workload
