What you'll be doing:



Delivering outstanding customer service via phone and email Building trust through honest, empathetic conversations Making quick, informed decisions in a fast-paced environment Spotting and preventing fraud to protect our customers and business Following industry standards and regulations Pitching in with extra tasks based on your strengths and interests
