Responsibilities

Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations. Upsell additional products or services based on customer needs and preferences. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues effectively.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred. Bilingual proficiency in English. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. Ability to analyse information quickly and accurately. Experience with upselling techniques is an advantage. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
