As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance and resolving inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction. We will be a fun and upbeat business and this has to show through our team members.
Duties
- Communicate with customers via telephone, email, and live chat
- Assist customers with product information, orders, and issue resolution
- Upsell products or services to increase sales
- Enter and maintain customer information accurately in the database
- Provide support and help to our customers
- Analyse customer needs to offer tailored solutions
- Handling delicate game equipment
Qualifications
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in data entry and computer systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Gaming knowledge would be good but not essential
- Activeness in social media would also be preferred
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 10,500.00-11,000.00 per year
