Customer Service Representative
to be the face of our Hull depot and help us deliver an outstanding customer experience.
The Role
As our new Customer Service Representative, you will be a key point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. Working closely with our service team, you'll coordinate bookings, communicate service updates, and help customers get back on the road with confidence. This is a front-line role where your communication skills and positive attitude will make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate service recommendations
Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
Keep customers informed about the status of their service requests
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Promote additional services and products to enhance customer satisfaction
Person Specification
Essential Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in a customer service or advisory role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
Desirable:
Experience in the automotive or commercial vehicle sector
Familiarity with service department workflows and systems
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance terminology
