We are currently seeking a

Customer Service Representative

to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a key part in maintaining our high standards of service.

Main Responsibilities:

Responding to customer queries and resolving issues via phone, email, and online chat Taking orders over the phone Processing returns and issuing refunds Liaising with the warehouse and packing teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and prompt resolution of any errors Staffing the counter at our collection point Performing general administrative tasks to support the day-to-day running of the business

Required Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in a customer-facing or client service role Excellent telephone manner and communication skills Confident problem-solver with a proactive approach Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word Experience using CRM systems and/or knowledge of Amazon Seller Central is a plus, but not essential
