Direct liaison with external & SISCO customers providing efficient responses and recording informationLead order book reviews with customersSupport the Business Manager's with delivery information on key customersOwn customer OTD for all customers under their responsibilityAttend the daily production meeting, being the voice of the customerProvide feedback on delivery failures to the customerWork closely with Production Planning, Material Planning and Operations to ensure information is robust and commitments are achievedAttend Project ReviewsUnderstand the expectations and requirements of the key customersProvide concise and quality, technical and cost information on M&D inspection reports for customers and ensure reports are issued in a timely manorAttend reviews with the key customersEnter and maintain customer orders on to the MRP systemEnsure orders are acknowledged to the customer within 3 working daysEnsure all orders have valid agreement via LTSA or QuotationRespond to customers' Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and enquiries Liaise with the customer for re-scheduling ordersUnderstand capacity constraints when entering customer ordersWork closely with Production Planning and Material Planning to ensure information is robust and commitments are achievedManagement of the Repair_Sales & GRN in-tray's on a daily basis ensuring all reports are executed efficiently and filed in the appropriate foldersControl and progress the NSI processAssist the other members of the Sales Administration teamEnsure all sales administration processes are executed and compliant with internal procedures, WMS and Internal Control, minimising exposure and riskAssist and cover the Sales Order Administrator to ensure all orders and acknowledgements are processed in a timely manor
