We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Duties



Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Provide accurate information regarding products and services. Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations. Handle complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner. Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records. Upsell additional products or services where appropriate. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery. Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures.

Skills



Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is advantageous. Strong phone etiquette and the ability to engage with customers positively. Ability to analyse customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Experience in data entry with attention to detail. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable. Proven ability to upsell products or services effectively. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Pay: 23,245.00-24,237.00 per year
