We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised
Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:
Responding to customer enquiries via
email
,
social media messages
,
comments
, and
telephone
Listing products and creating engaging content on
social media platforms
Creating and managing product listings on the
Bows website
Liaising with
couriers
to resolve delivery issues and provide parcel updates
Communicating clearly and professionally across all platforms
Working closely with internal teams to support daily operations and promotions
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a
customer service
or
eCommerce
support role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised, able to
multitask
and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail when managing customer information and product listings
A
can-do attitude
, eager to learn and grow with the company
A passion for fashion and a natural ability to connect with customers online
