face-to-face, field-based role

Key Responsibilities:



Represent clients professionally and answer customer queries in person Provide excellent service and support to members of the public Deliver information clearly and accurately Work as part of a team to hit service and outreach targets Attend daily briefings and on-site customer engagements

Requirements:



Strong communication skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Professional and presentable Over 18 and eligible to work in the UK Comfortable working in a field-based/customer-facing role

Pay: From 25,874.00 per year
