The Role
We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic office-based team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in a customer-focused environment and has a passion for helping others. The role includes handling critical back-office functions such as filtering sales orders, processing delivery notes, and coordinating with logistics and warehouse teams.

King cross, Caledonian road, London N7 (very close to transport links and only a short walk from king's cross - Car park available)
Working Hours
: 40 hours per week ( Monday to Friday & every 3rd Saturday)

Reports to
: Sales Manager
Key responsibility:
Receive and process customer orders via telephone
Review and filter incoming sales orders
Generate, process and archive delivery notes
Contact customers to inform them about stock shortages, potential issues, and introduce new product offerings
Handle invoicing and order processing, including making necessary adjustments
Organize and manage filing and other administrative paperwork
Coordinate with warehouse and logistic teams
Update and maintain customer records and delivery information in the system
Enter customer orders into our system
Collaborate with other departments to track and resolve delays or out-of-stock items
Perform various ad hoc office tasks as required
Who you are:
A confident individual with a calm and friendly demeanour
Italian language skills are required
Comfortable and proficient with IT systems
Strong attention to detail
An effective communicator who enjoys engaging with others
A genuine interest in, or willingness to learn about, Italian food
Able to work quickly in a fast-paced office environment
A team player who contributes positively to group dynamics
Qualifications and Experience:
Previous experience in a telephone-based customer service or sales role is preferred but not required.
