Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction while promoting our products and services. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, be comfortable with data entry, and have a knack for upselling.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner. Provide accurate information regarding products and services. Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations. Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude. Upsell additional products or services based on customer needs. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry. Analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.

Experience

Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred. Proficiency in English is essential; bilingual skills in Spanish or other languages are highly desirable. Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Experience with data entry and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage. Ability to analyse information and provide solutions promptly. A friendly disposition with excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with customers.
