We're building a smarter, kinder service for pet owners, rescues, vets, breeders, and more. Package:

29,000 pa salary with excellent benefits

Location:

(UK-based)Hybrid, majority of time will be remote at home but some visits to our London office will be required.

Full Time:

40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, some weekend cover on a rota basis



What you`ll get up to as our

Customer Service Representative





Supporting pet owners and partners via calls, emails, and live chat--sometimes during high-stress moments Helping with pet registrations, lost pet reports, record updates, and transfers Following up on lost pet cases and onboarding new rescues Using smart tools and systems to stay organised and work efficiently Spotting recurring issues, flagging customer feedback, and suggesting improvements Leading on support analytics, ticket categorisation, and sharing key KPIs Acting as the voice of the customer, sharing insights that shape the product and customer journey

What we look for in you





Previous experience in supporting customers in a phone based role Excellent communication skills--empathetic, clear, and friendly Calm under pressure--especially in emotional situations Curious, solution-focused, and tech-savvy A self-starter who's comfortable working remotely and independently A true team player, happy to get involved beyond your core role when needed
