Monday to Friday - 35 hours per week
14.50 per hour (~26,390 per year)

We're now looking for a

Customer Service Representative

to join our front-desk team in our London office. If you're organised, friendly, and enjoy helping people - we'd love to hear from you. No previous experience is required - just a great attitude and willingness to learn.

What You'll Be Doing

As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll be responsible for:

Greeting and assisting customers in person, over the phone, and via email Taking bookings and scheduling tyre fitting appointments Providing product and service information clearly and professionally Handling payments and issuing receipts Following up with customers to confirm appointments or gather feedback Supporting the wider team with admin and day-to-day office tasks Working closely with our tyre fitters and dispatch team to ensure smooth operations

What We're Looking For

You

don't need any previous customer service experience

A positive, can-do attitude Good communication skills (verbal and written) Basic computer literacy Willingness to learn and be part of a team A professional but friendly manner
