You'll represent the best of William Hill: dressed in a bespoke full WH suit with shirt, tie, and cufflinks - an exclusive new uniform designed to match the prestige of this unique store.

What you'll be doing:

You'll be more than a team member - you'll be a trusted face and a service ambassador for our flagship store. You will:

Welcome customers with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm Process bets and provide expert guidance on terminals and tools Build relationships with customers to ensure they feel known, understood, and valued Lead by example in promoting safer gambling Support shop visuals and ensure the store looks and feels exceptional at all times Assist with opening/closing duties as part of the leadership team

Working Patterns:

Our shops are open between 8am and 10pm, 7 days a week. You'll work a mix of shifts, including evenings and weekends, planned fairly in advance on a rota. We aim to give you a balanced schedule that works for you and the team.

: We've a range of full and part-time hours on offer.

London Location Allowance:
