Swift Valley Coach Travel is on the look out for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in our Booking Office in Lutterworth on a full-time basis during our opening hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (may include some Saturdays). Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader your duties and responsibilities will include:
Answering incoming calls and emails from our customers.
Greet customers face-to-face
Process customer bookings using our systems
Handle and respond to customer enquiries
Maintain strong relationships with our current customer base
Foster strong relationships with new and potential customers
Provide administrative support as required to facilitate the smooth running of operations
Provide administrative support to the Customer Service Team Leader and Managers as and when required.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Experience in a Customer Service or Sales Support role
Proven ability to work well in busy environments and with strict time constraints
Competency with Microsoft Word and Excel and the ability to adapt to working with new systems (manual and computerised)
Proven ability in a professional environment for attention to detail and to process and pass on information with clarity and accuracy
Proven ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.75-13.50 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 35 per week
