We are looking for talented and motivated individuals to join our Vape & Mobile.we need manager and store assistant For this job.The ideal candidate for this position has exceptional customer service skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and make quick decisions when necessary. The successful candidates will be responsible for answering questions about our products and services, as well as supporting our customers in the resolution of any customer service issues.this junior trainee position no previous experience required.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer concerns using available resources and escalation procedures. Gather and evaluate costumer information and provide feedback to appropriate staff. Answer customers' questions about the products and services offered by the company. Provide excellent service to customers, resolving any issues and providing solutions. Provide consistent customer service to all customers. Answer routine customer questions and complaints. Be a good listener. Use telephone, email, or other communications devices as needed. Manage time effectively between regular duties and special projects.

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
