We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team, working in the office of a busy pallet network depot.
Based in a modern office building in ManchesterM40, you will work Monday to Friday, excluding all bank holidays.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to analyse customer needs effectively.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner.
Provide accurate information regarding the company's services.
Assist customers with order processing and account management.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about service updates and company policies to provide accurate assistance.
Experience
Must have previous experience in a customer service role within the logistics industry, specifically a pallet network.
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are crucial for success in this position.
Ability to analyse situations quickly and effectively to provide solutions.
Familiarity with data entry processes.
