The role:

Customer Services Representative

. You will play a key role ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing enquiries, solving problems, and delivering exceptional customer support. If you're passionate about helping customers and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What the job involves:

? Respond to customer enquiries through phone, email, chat, or in-person channels

? Resolve complaints and provide solutions in a professional and timely manner

? Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using the CRM system or company database

? Handle escalated issues and ensure follow-up to guarantee customer satisfaction

? Stay informed about our products, services and promotions to help assist our customers effectively

? Be a real team player, working with other departments to ensure our customers always receive great service.

? Meet or exceed our performance targets including customer satisfaction scores and resolution time.

? Confirm and log booked meetings accurately, while delivering first?touch outreach and introductory messaging to new?starter leads.

? Accurately update sales activity data.

? Join and support sign up calls with prospective clients including follow up communications.

? Support sales with outreach campaigns, prospecting calls and discovery appointments.

What you'll bring:

? Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

? Problem solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

? A team player who works collaboratively to achieve goals.

? Proven ability to use Microsoft Office tools to a high standard.

? To work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

? Customer Service Experience (Essential).

? Experience with using CRM software, email systems, and other customer service tools.

? Experience working in a healthcare related company is an advantage.

? HubSpot Experience (Preferred).
