One of the leading signage companies in the UK are hiring a customer service representative to join the team in our office in Radcliffe, north Manchester.
The role is primarily processing ecommerce orders, as well as taking inbound calls and web queries, generating quotes and assisting customers with their purchase needs.
This is a great opportunity for a person with the right attitude, to join a team of young professionals in a company experiencing consistent growth. It is a busy environment, so you will need to be well organised with good time management skills.
Hours: 37.5/week. 9am-5pm
Contract: Permanent
Annual Leave: 28 days including Bank Holidays
Skills required:
An ambitious self-motivator able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills, ideally with a proven track record in B2B sales environments
Strong communicator who is comfortable dealing directly with clients and the general public as well as being able to develop productive working relationships with colleagues
Is motivated to be trained and interested in pursing a career in signage
IT literate with good general numeracy and literacy skills
Good organisation, administration and time management skills
Ability to take ownership of and manage own workload
Nice to have:
Experience/understanding of the signage industry
Understanding of print resolution and artwork
Adobe Illustrator knowledge
Driving License
