MISSION



We are looking for a person to join the Customer Service department. You will act as a liaison, provide product information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

FUNCTIONS



Order processing including EDI, email etc. Respond to telephone and email enquiries Investigate and resolve all invoice queries for credit Communicate with Customers regarding orders, deliveries etc. Liaise with production as required to ensure commitments are fulfilled Liaise with Commercial Team with regard to products and prices Register customer complaints and liaise with QA Teams Daily contact with Production Team.

General Education / Technical Skills

:

Export and customs procedures Customer Service Microsoft Office

Professional experience

: 2 years in similar positions.

Personal Competences:

Customer oriented, adaptability, stress tolerance, teamwork, commitment, creativity, learning capacity.
