Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Provide accurate information about products and services, assisting customers in making informed decisions.
Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, ensuring timely resolution.
Upsell additional products or services based on customer needs.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies.
Skills
Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is highly desirable (bilingual/multilingual).
Excellent phone etiquette with a friendly and approachable manner.
Ability to analyse customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Experience in data entry with attention to detail.
Proven ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
