MooGoo is an Australian, family-owned natural skincare company created for people with sensitive skin and scalp conditions such as eczema and psoriasis, as well as those who care about what they put on their skin.

Founded in 2005 by Craig Jones, MooGoo started with the creation of Skin Milk Udder Cream - a reimagined version of a traditional udder balm used to treat psoriasis. Since then, MooGoo has grown into a trusted global brand, leading the way in effective, natural skincare products.

Role Summary


We are looking for an experienced and proactive customer service professional who can hit the ground running and take initiative across customer service and administrative tasks. You'll help support stockist communications, handle customer queries and work closely with our office team.

You will be based in our North West London office (Monday-Friday) with weekends and bank holidays off. This role requires a physical presence - remote work is not available for this role.

Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



Handle inbound customer queries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner. Provide marketing support, including sending EDMs to wholesale stockists. Respond to social media comments & DMs. Quickly and accurately process stockist orders via our ordering system, NetSuite (training provided). Handle various administrative tasks. Provide product advice and maintain a high level of product knowledge to support customers and stockists.

Experience:



Minimum 2 years proven experience in customer service. Confident and professional phone manner with the ability to build rapport quickly. Highly organised, proactive and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential. Be highly computer literate - experience working with Microsoft Office & a CRM system is required. Have previous experience & confidence working with and achieving KPIs. Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail. Experience or interest in marketing support is highly desirable. Friendly and positive personality with a customer-first mindset.

Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: 17.50-19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
