A day in this Customer Service Representative role would see you:

Answering customer queries Managing accounts for customers such as balance transfers, setting up direct debits, and credit limit alterations Providing excellent customer services at all times while building and maintaining a professional relationship with customers Processing card payments Investigations into recurring issues Working with other internal teams to provide a streamlined experience for customers

The ideal Customer Service Representative would have:

Customer service experience (face to face or telephone) An understanding of credit cards Excellent communication and listening and IT skills Good level of spoken and written English An ability to work as part of a team Good telephone manner An ability to work under pressure and manage stress Customer focused and results-orientated
