Job Description

We are a forward-thinking, exciting, and creative team who provide web and digital services to the publishing industry. We are looking for a friendly, efficient, and proactive person to join our customer services team but with the potential to grow and develop within the Glassboxx family.

Duties and responsibilities:



Provide End-user helpdesk support for apps and websites. Resolving issues via phone and email. Act as the point of contact between the end-user and the technical support team during escalations. Processing telephone and website orders.

Qualifications



Must have superb verbal and written communication skills. Some previous experience in a Customer Service role and displaying a positive, enthusiastic attitude. Highly self-motivated. Proven ability to multi-task while paying strict attention to detail. Excellent listening and negotiation skills. A sound grasp of Google Suite. A good telephone manner. An interest in Apps, books and publishing would be beneficial.
Full training on systems and products will be provided.
