The successful candidate will start out learning the Administrative function, and then you will receive comprehensive training to build your skills in delivering excellent customer support. This is a great opportunity to start your career in customer service industry

You will work as a key member part of a the team to support our Customers.

Main Duties & Responsibilities



Initially, support the Customer Services Team by learning order entry, the administrative functions, and ad hoc calls Recieve, review and input orders into the ERP system, ensuring accuracy of product codes, quantities, prices etc. Distributing orders to relevant internal departments for production / dispatch. As you learn, you will begin to assist customers via phone and email with orders, returns, questios and any complaints that may be received Assessing invoice queries relating to pricing, discounts, quantities received. Updating pricing on Hansa Maintaining customer information Related administrative duties Contribute to team efforts to achieve related results
