Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat channels
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details
Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints to ensure satisfaction
Process transactions such as card payments accurately
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using Microsoft Office and other CRM tools
Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients or promote new services
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve complex issues
Uphold excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all customer interactions
Support client services by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate solutions
Requirements
Proven experience in customer support, call center roles, or client services preferred
Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general computer skills
Ability to perform data entry accurately with good typing speed and analysis skills
Experience with outbound calling and customer engagement strategies
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to handle diverse customer interactions professionally
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
